Unstable weather over the weekend with snow flurries and a good amount of rain Saturday didn’t keep the fish from feeding. Some guests did quite well while some had a harder time. Reports of nice fish sizes over the week end. Fish have been caught on Zucchini and the Barnes Lake special patterns for chironomids, vampire leeches, Patrol Car leech, Pumkinheads, olive soft hackles, ruby eyed leech. Small nymphs casting and stripping next to weed beds also picked up fish. Water temps have come up to 47-49. Very small chironomids have been coming off, swallows are out feeding on them.
