Since the last report, we have seen some great days fishing out on Tunkwa Lake. The trout have been out over the deeper lake basin(18-19′), and feeding heavily on the bloodworms, and bigger Chironomids staging to hatch. Some days have been fantastic, while the next day they can be totally shut down. When they haven’t been feeding on these items, anglers fishing smaller green leaches under an indicator in the same areas, have ben doing very well. A piece of worm, rigged on a float dropped into the same depths, will get you into action as well.
Mixed reports coming from guests trolling. Pink or red wedding bands have had there moments as well..
