Water temps have been steady at around 48-49 the past week. Lake levels came up 5 inches the past week as the frost is coming out in the hills. Tunkwa’s water started to flow into Leighton last week via the creek. Cool unstable weather with windy conditions early in the week made for tough fishing but some did ok. This morning we awoke to 6 inches of fresh snow which has now almost completely melted. Fish have been caught with worms under a float and gangtrolls with a wedding band dabbed with a small piece of worm. Maroon and some brighter Garden Hackle’s also caught fish :)
